Bookkeeping

We record, review and reconcile your financial transactions monthly, in full compliance with Thai Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Thai GAAP). At year end, your accounts are audit-ready.

Included in accounting plans

Review, record and accrue the Company's invoices (revenues and expenses) on a monthly basis in accordance with Thai GAAP

Record and maintain the Company's Fixed Assets Register and calculate amortization in accordance with Thai GAAP

Prepare and publish monthly accounting reports: Trial Balance, General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet

Prepare year-end accounting reports and submit them to the Auditor

Submit Audited Financial Statements to the Ministry of Commerce and to the Revenue Department

Register the Company to E-Filing systems of the DBD, Revenue Department and Social Security to submit taxes and statements online

💡

Our plans cover up to 500 transactions per fiscal year. A Journal Report listing all recorded transactions is made available to you as a mutually agreed proof of transaction count.

Prepare and submit Withholding Tax forms (PND 3 / 53 / 54) to the Revenue Department on a monthly basis

Prepare and submit Value Added Tax forms (PP 30 / 36) to the Revenue Department on a monthly basis

Prepare and submit Semi-annual Corporate Income Tax return (PND 51) to the Revenue Department

Prepare and submit Annual Corporate Income Tax return (PND 50) to the Revenue Department

Government taxes, Social Security contributions and any penalties for late submissions are not included in our fees and are invoiced separately at cost.

Tax Filing

We compute and submit all your tax liabilities — VAT (PP.30, PP.36), Withholding Tax (PND.1, 3, 53, 54) and Corporate Income Tax (PND.51, 50) — filed directly with the Revenue Department.

Payroll

We manage the full monthly payroll cycle for your employees — from payroll reports and payslips to Social Security contributions submission and income tax filing with the Revenue Department.

Payroll services cover up to 10 employees per month. Income tax and Social Security contributions are disbursed from your company bank account and are not included in our fees.

Company Registration

We handle the full incorporation process for a Company, Representative Office or Regional Office in Thailand — all government paperwork prepared and filed with the relevant Thai authorities on your behalf.

Statutory Audit

Every company or other corporate entity registered in Thailand is legally required to have its accounts audited annually. We partner with accredited auditors to prepare and file your audited financial statements in full compliance with Thai law.

Statutory audit conducted in accordance with Thai Standards on Auditing (TSA)

Evaluation of the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of significant accounting estimates

Preparation of consolidated Financial Statements according to Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS)

Statutory audit is a legal requirement for all Thai-registered corporate entities regardless of size or activity. Failure to file audited accounts may result in fines.

Draft and send summoning letters to shareholders, and publish the announcement in a local newspaper for the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Draft the Minutes of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Draft and submit the updated shareholder list to the Ministry of Commerce

All Thai limited companies are legally required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) within four months of the end of the fiscal year and to file an updated shareholder list with the DBD annually.

Annual Corporate Secretary

We handle your annual corporate compliance obligations — Annual General Meeting (AGM) documentation, minutes and shareholder list filing with the Ministry of Commerce.

Personal Income Tax Return

We prepare and file your annual Personal Income Tax return (PND 90 / PND 91) with the Revenue Department, ensuring all applicable deductions and allowances are correctly applied to minimise your tax liability.

Available as standalone or add-on service · ฿5,000 per return

Review of all assessable income across the relevant tax year (salary, dividends, rental income, etc.)

Application of all eligible income deductions and personal allowances (spouse, children, insurance premiums, RMF, mortgage interest, etc.)

Preparation and e-filing of PND 91 (employment income only) or PND 90 (multiple income sources) with the Revenue Department

Calculation of tax payable or refund due and guidance on settlement or refund procedures

💡

The filing deadline for Personal Income Tax returns is 31 March of the following year. Late filing results in a flat fine of ฿200 plus a surcharge of 1.5% per month on any tax due. Our fee of ฿5,000 covers one individual return per fiscal year.
